The Penman's Love Story

Today we are talking about epic beach weddings. And these two had one of the best ever! Amidst a need for quite a few changes, they still managed to go ahead on their date in February 2022, due in quite a big part to the most incredible wedding planner we have ever had the chance to meet. Pat, from Coromandel weddings, helped turn their dream into more than reality, consistently going above and beyond to make this wedding happen in the best way possible- seriously. From unexpected named cookies, to making their flowers to helping sort a last minute change in venue, she was incredible.

There were so many great moments from this wedding.

The EMOTION! All day, from everyone! 

Hannah and Cullums, sweet girl Mackenzie as flowergirl, determined to help mum get dressed, then giving dad a gift of dinosaurs during the ceremony. 

The entire bridal party whizzing round tipsily on golf carts. 10/10 would do again.

Speeches that made people cry and then roar with laughter.

The wait for the first dance, that was filled with one of the groomsmen leading everyone in a song that everyone joined in singing (or yelling)  

Lifesize cardboard cutout of Best man Scott- who unfortunately couldn't be there, getting it good on the dance floor. 

The truly epic people, and place, that made this day possible.

We had SO much fun and couldn't have dreamt of a better day and honestly cannot wait for summer again!
